The Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs) provides oversight and strategic direction for all academic programmes, research, and quality assurance activities of the Institute. The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs) coordinates the work of academic departments and faculties, supervises the Academic Registrar, and ensures that UNITE's programmes meet the standards set by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) and other relevant regulatory bodies. The office leads curriculum development and review, promotes research and innovation, coordinates Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes, and fosters partnerships with universities and other academic institutions. It is also responsible for driving the Institute's agenda on community engagement and academic excellence across all campuses.
